A Perth restaurant owner and his friend have faced court charged over the alleged sexual assault of a woman in a toilet block as well as several other alleged sex attacks.Police allege Alberto Nicoletti, 29, and Vincenzo Mineo, 36, befriended a woman, aged in her 20s, at The Lookout bar during the evening on March 14.

They then allegedly offered her drugs and lured her to a disabled cubicle on The Esplanade in Scarborough where they sexually assaulted her.He is also facing allegations of sexual offending in South Perth and a bar in Northbridge.During one alleged incident, Mr Nicoletti pretended to be an Uber driver to pick up a woman, the court heard.Mr Nicoletti has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual penetration without consent, four counts of sexual penetration without consent and two counts of indecent assault.
He also faces one count each of deprivation of liberty, aggravated indecent assault and no authority to drive.The businessman was refused bail and remanded in custody to face court again on October 21.Mr Mineo, who lives in West Perth, has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual penetration without consent, and one count each of sexual penetration without consent and aggravated indecent assault.
He was also remanded in custody and will face court again on August 26 when a magistrate will determine whether he should be granted bail.Police say their investigation is ongoing and urge anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
