MUMBAI : The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has made a move against Actor Sonu Sood for supposedly changing over a six-story private structure in Juhu into an inn without accepting consent from the community body. 

As indicated by the report, the Mumbai metro body has asked the Juhu police to require discernment of the offense submitted by the entertainer under the Maharashtra Region and city Planning (MRTP) Act refering to unapproved increments, modification and modify of client.

Sonu Sood has, notwithstanding, said that there are "no inconsistencies". He had BMC consents for change of client and was just expecting a leeway from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA), said the report. 

In October 2020, the Dabangg entertainer had moved the town common court against a notification sent by the BMC, however he didn't get any break alleviation, the report expressed refering to authorities. 

The court had allowed Sood three weeks' an ideal opportunity to offer in high court . The time passed however he didn't reestablish the adjustments and increases according to the endorsed plan, a metro official told the distribution. In this manner, the BMC has recorded a police grievance to enroll a FIR under the MRTP Act, the authority added. 

Then, the entertainer said that he has "just taken endorsement for change of client from BMC. it had been dependent upon endorsement of MCZMA."He further said that "the authorization has not come because of COVID-19 pandemic. There are no inconsistencies."
