Professional Career
In 2016, Feleipe got redshirted for the first year of his career with the Florida Gators. In 2017, he was a freshman quarterback who was honoured to play.
Franks and his entire team headed towards Michigan to oppose them. He struggled against Michigan and was benched in the second half in favour of Zaire. Franks started the game against Tennessee on September 16, 2017, and threw for 212 yards, including the game-winning 63-yard pass.
Franks’ squad won the game by a score of 26-20, which was his first career victory. Following a 3-1 start, the Gators lost six of their final seven games, finishing with a disappointing 4-7 record.
