Robert Hunter Biden is an American lawyer who is that the second son of US President Joe Biden and his first wife, Nelia Hunter Biden. Early life : Hunter Biden was born on February 4, 1970 in Willington, Delaware. he's the second son of Neilia Biden (nee Hunter) and Joe Biden.
