Joe was born on March 21, 1985, in Racine, Wisconsin, and his parents are Daniel and Debra Delagrave. He spent most of his childhood and cherished those memories with one of his brothers, Lander and three sisters, Gina, Electra and Caprice. For his education, he went to Prairie do Chien High School and went on to pursue higher studies at Winona State University followed by Northwestern University and Grand Canyon University.
