Kangana in High Court looking for remain on Bandra office against the destruction drive by BMC
Kangana Ranaut's attorney on Wednesday recorded a request in the High Court against the destruction drive by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) at the entertainer's property. The court will hear the issue at 12:30 PM today. The Shiv Sena-controlled Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Wednesday destroyed "illicit adjustments" at the Bandra lodge of Bollywood entertainer Kangana Ranaut. The entertainer in the interim has asserted that the Maharashtra government is focusing on her due to her battle with the Shiv Sena.
"No work being done by Kangana Ranaut in her premises as dishonestly comprehended by you, so the notification gave by you as "Stop Work Notice" is completely terrible in-law and seems to have been given uniquely to threaten her by abusing your prevailing position," an announcement by Kangana's legal counselor read.
Inconvenience has mounted for Kangana as the Maharashtra government on Tuesday said the police will test charges that she consumed medications, while adjustments made at her home went under the city body's scanner. Prior on Tuesday, the BMC had recorded a 'proviso' in a nearby court, saying it ought to be heard first if Ranaut challenges a stop-work notice gave to her.
