Gogglebox star Pete McGarry has died aged 71. a press release was issued on behalf of the family said: ‘We are deeply saddened to announce that Gogglebox star Pete McGarry gave up the ghost at the age of 71 this weekend together with his family by his side after a brief illness’. ‘Pete are going to be dearly missed by the whole Gogglebox family, cast and crew. Our thoughts are with Linda, their children and grandchildren.’
