Russian President Vladimir Putin has examined the result of the EU culmination on Belarus with European Council President Charles Michel, the Kremlin press administration said in an announcement on Thursday. 

"Michel informed [Putin] on the result of the August 19 culmination of the European Union, devoted to occasions in Belarus. Russia brought up that any weight on the initiative of the sovereign Belarusian state and unfamiliar obstruction in household forms occurring in the nation were counterproductive," the announcement peruses.

As per the Kremlin press administration, "it was affirmed that it is in light of a legitimate concern for both Russia and the European Union that the circumstance in Belarus comes back to ordinary at the earliest opportunity." 

Michel said in decisions distributed after a video gathering of the individuals from the European Council on August 19 that the European Council didn't perceive the aftereffects of the August 9 presidential political race in Belarus.
