Taz began his career as a stage actor in the United Kingdom, where he appeared in a number of shows including Hamlet, Young Vic, and Warhead, among others. He also contributed as a writer to the drama Warhead, which he performed at the Park Theatre. In 2019, he moved into the television and film industry, landing his first role in the film The Kill Team as Sergeant Dawes, followed by another film titled Lie Low.
The next year, in 2020, he played Jason in the criminal drama film Villain.He also played Billy in the film Boiling Point, which he acted in earlier this year. He was recently cast as Sanji, the cook of the straw hat pirates, in the upcoming Netflix adaptation of the popular anime series One Piece.
